Car was great. Brutalia was very accommodating. The entire process was a great experience. We needed to make a couple of changes to the trip and they were made with no issue. Much better than dealing with a big name car rental company.
Adeyemi was an excellent host! Communication was great from start to finish, and everything was smooth, easy, and stress-free. The Honda Odyssey was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. Adeyemi was responsive, professional, and made the entire experience a breeze. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and would absolutely rent from Adeyemi again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great Turo experience!
This was my first car rental using Turo, host made it so easy to figure out. Left very detailed instructions and info. Host was very flexible with flight delays. Overall a wonderful experience would rent again.

Two week rental. No hassle pick up and drop off. GREAT communication! Beautiful car and ride. And GREAT on the gas mileage! Will definitely rent again!
By far the fastest/ most convenient car rental experience all around. Cosmin met us at passenger pick up to drop the car off to us and passenger drop off when it was time to turn it back in and catch our flight. Will definitely be recommending him to friends and family and look forward to booking with Cosmin on our next trip to Chicago.
We had an excellent experience renting the Honda Odyssey! The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. What truly made our experience special was the host’s outstanding kindness and customer service. When we got lost at the airport, she went out of her way to FaceTime us and guide us through the process, and she even came to pick us up. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating, which made us feel welcomed and taken care of. We truly appreciate her going above and beyond to make our experience smooth and stress-free. We would absolutely rent from her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful Turo experience!
Amazing experience! Mini van was exactly what we needed! Would rent another car without hesitation!
All aspects of booking and renting were great. We rented car seats along with the van, what a game changer when traveling with littles. It was so nice to be able to have a selection to choose from for our children’s different ages and stages. We’ll definitely rent again from you guys, thanks again!
This was my first time renting a car through Turo. I was incredibly tired of the chaotic ORD car rental process, so I decided to try something new! Eric was amazing, providing super easy step by step instructions and making the pick up and drop off as convenient as possible! The car was super clean and perfect for my travels. I will always use Turo now, and particularly work with Eric again any time I’m the Chicago area! Highly recommended!
I had an excellent experience with this car rental! The vehicle was spotless, comfortable, and ran perfectly the entire time. Pickup and drop-off were super smooth and convenient — everything was exactly as described. The car handled great, was fuel-efficient, and made the trip really enjoyable. Renting this Honda Pilot was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The vehicle was in brand new condition, exceptionally clean, and drove like a dream. Features like Android Auto and the 360 degree view camera made navigating and parking completely effortless. Cosmin is an outstanding host. He was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating, stocking the car with cold water bottles and phone charging cables small touches that made a huge difference during our trip. Communication was smooth and hassle free throughout. I would highly recommend renting from Cosmin to anyone looking for a reliable, feature packed vehicle and top-tier hospitality.
