This van rental was amazing! We had a big trip to Maine with a group of friends and family and this carried us to our location and it fit the 9 of us comfortably. JW William was also super helpful and commutative. He made the pickup super easy and even accommodated us with our car when we had to leave it to drive the van. Overall, this has been one of the best turo experiences I have had and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a van that needs lots of space to consider this rental! I would 10/10 rent again when I have big family and friend trips

This van was exceptionally practical and comfortable, but what truly made our experience outstanding was the excellent customer service. Communication was prompt, clear, and helpful from start to finish, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We were a group of eight: six adults and two children, and all eight large suitcases fit comfortably in the rear cargo area with room to spare. The Ford Transit provided plenty of space for both passengers and luggage, making our journey very comfortable. We were thoroughly impressed with both the vehicle and the service we received, and we would gladly recommend them to others.

Overall the van was great. There was a slight issue with the door handle for the sliding door. When fully open it locks into place and the handle on the inside of the door does was not releasing it. We had to reach for the handle on the outside of the door. It was a minor inconvenience and the host said it will be fixed before the next person rents it. Overall it was a smooth experience and I would rent again.
