Everything about the car, the host, and the overall experience was excellent. If there were a Michelin-level service award for car rentals, Justin and co-host Dawn would absolutely deserve it. Their level of service was outstanding from start to finish. Dawn especially went above and beyond during the final hours of my rental when I was running behind for a flight. She was extremely helpful, accommodating, and professional. I truly appreciated the flexibility and support. Highly recommend renting from them.

Dawn and Justin are absolutely wonderful to deal with. Very down to earth, inviting, and most of all, understanding. We had some other things going on outside of the rental and had to extend the truck for 2 more days. They let us extend the rental with no problems. The F150 was in great condition and road as if I was gliding in air..but for real, the vehicles were nice as well as the hosts. I highly recommend Justin and dawn to let them be your host and rent a vehicle from them.
