Everything about the car, the host, and the overall experience was excellent. If there were a Michelin-level service award for car rentals, Justin and co-host Dawn would absolutely deserve it. Their level of service was outstanding from start to finish.
Dawn especially went above and beyond during the final hours of my rental when I was running behind for a flight. She was extremely helpful, accommodating, and professional. I truly appreciated the flexibility and support. Highly recommend renting from them.
