Overall Good. Easy to retrieve, however parking ticket situation was not disclosed, car was not full in gas but I had to agree to the terms as if it was.

Hello, good morning. Regarding the parking fine, that's not true (there is no fine), but rather a parking fee charged per hour. If you leave the parking lot at the agreed time, there is no fee, not even the parking fee, as there is a 20-minute grace period. Regarding the gasoline, it's not mandatory to have a full tank; the only rule is to return it with the same amount you found it with. Thank you very much anyway.
