I recently rented Andrew’s 2024 Toyota RAV4, and his service was truly *beyond exceptional*. I thought my very first trip on Turo was great, but Andrew took the experience to an entirely new level. He was extremely quick to respond to all of my messages, which made communication effortless. The car itself was spotless, drove smoothly, and was great on gas. Overall, I had an exceptional experience renting from Andrew and will definitely rent from him again. If I could give him 10 stars, I absolutely would. The car was very comfortable, clean, well maintained with a lot of nice perks. Only con is the trunk space is minimal but It worked just fine for my family of seven’s weekend getaway. This car was great had no issues and it’s great on gas so it works out great if you are gonna be driving around a lot. Caroline was also amazing I extended my trip twice and she was very understanding and gave me no issue at all.

Pleasant interaction with Andrew… great car. But if you are ubering to the car, the Ubers location tries to drop you off on the main road side in front of trees , so you have to configure it’s in the back if the parking lot. But after that… easy peasy pickup and drop off.

Smooth and efficient service . Easy to communicate. Cost effective. She is so sweet and accommodating. Will rent again and definitely recommend to others .
