Caroline was an outstanding host! She was responsive, accommodating, and made the entire rental process smooth from beginning to end. She kindly allowed me to extend my rental for an extra day, which I truly appreciated. The truck was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and incredibly comfortable to drive. It has honestly been one of my favorite Turo rentals, and I enjoyed it so much that it’s actually made me consider getting a Toyota myself! This Turo rental was a great experience! The car was very clean, drove smoothly, and had no issues. The host was also very communicative throughout the rental process, making everything seamless and easy. I do have one small piece of feedback regarding the air fresheners. There were several different scents being used, and together they were a bit overpowering. Using fewer or a single scent would make the experience even better. Overall, it was a great rental experience, and I would definitely recommend this host!

I recently rented Andrew’s 2024 Toyota RAV4, and his service was truly *beyond exceptional*. I thought my very first trip on Turo was great, but Andrew took the experience to an entirely new level. He was extremely quick to respond to all of my messages, which made communication effortless. The car itself was spotless, drove smoothly, and was great on gas. Super All Star Host! This is my second time using Turo, and the original car I had booked cancelled on me an hour before pick up. There werent many options available since it was last minute but Andrews profile popped up. I liked that it was a new vehicle and looked well maintained. The previous driver smoked in the car and Andrew reached out to let me know he needed some time to deodorize the car. When I picked up the car smelled great, he already had car chargers available, and phone mount. The car drove so smooth and great on gas. Thank you again!
