Toyota rental in Kapaa, HI

The car was phenomenal. This is our second time renting from Brent. He makes everything about this experience seamless and enjoyable. We know we can count on him. The van was exactly what he needed, and all of the add ons made our trip so much easier (beach chairs, boogie board, ice chest). Thank you, Brent! You rock.

Probably the best Turo experience we have had. Clean, great car and the host was very accommodating and helpful. We would rent from Noah again if we are back here. Icing on the cake is that we barely used any gas the week we were here due to the gas mileage.

Brent is always a 10 out of 10. Won’t rent a car from anyone else on Kauai!

If you want the most phenomenal host to rent you a car in Kauai it would be Frank! He goes above and beyond for his people, and although it’s an older car, it’s super reliable and has great gas mileage! L our next trip we will be renting from Frank as well!

Frank was very helpful and responsive. He saved us $ by leaving the car near the Turo shuttle. We had the car for 2 weeks and hardly used any gas. The Toyota got 50/mpg!

Zhylers wonderful. Good communicator and even kind enough to offer us a ride to the airport. His truck was clean and performed perfectly. It’s the perfect truck for Kauai, hands down! There is no better way to see this island but with a Toyota truck.

Brent and his wife Robyn were such an amazing couple team. The communication before the trip made the process smoothe. When I arrived at Brent and Robyn's home, I was treated like a friend and they were both so nice. They gave me family friendly recommendations on the island for our trip and they called during the Tsunami warning to make sure we were safe. When we returned the car, both Brent and Robyn had a great conversation with us again and remembered our previous chat. Brent gave us a ride back to the airport and we hope to meet again one day. The van itself was in excellent condition, spacious, and very clean. We got around the island easily with it and had no issues.

This car was AWESOME to drive around! The location to pick up the car is so close to the airport (like 6 mins) so it was quick and easy to get an uber rather than using the Turo shuttle system. The car itself is clean, tons of space for all your beach activities, and great on gas! The host is incredibly sweet as well and flexible, he was a delight to work with! I would rent this again every time!

We rented Mara’s 4Runner for our 4-day trip to Kauai. Her communication was excellent from the start. Instructions for pick-up and drop off were clear and easy to follow. The 4Runner was clean and met the purposes of our trip perfectly. There were two minor issues with the driver’s seat not raising or lowering and the a/c stopped putting out cold air the last day, but these issues didn’t negatively impact our trip. I informed Mara of the issues for her awareness, but we didn’t have a need to have the car fixed while we were renting it. She promptly got the two issues resolved the following morning after we returned the car. I would rent from Mara again.

Truck was great. Turo has a lot behind Target!!! Noah helped us as it was our first time with Turo. Great experience all around.
