We rented the Subaru Ascent from Brent. The car was very nice, very clean and was a very smooth ride. We ubered directly to the car from the airport and Brent immediately reimbursed the cost of the Uber via Venmo. He showed us some of the features of the car and sent us a list of places to see, hikes, and restaurant recommendations. Communication was very good before, during, and at the end of the trip. We will definitely rent from him again when we come back to the island. Mahalo!
We rented a car from Brent last year, and had such a great experience that we knew we'd be coming back for our trip this year. Everything went great! The car was clean and ready, communication was super easy, and each time I drove past where I used to rent from the big chain companies, I remembered how glad I was not to be dealing with them anymore. 100% recommend renting from Brent.

Brent always goes above and beyond!!! He was super responsive and provided us beach equipment for free, as well as a list of things to do. This Subaru Ascent is brand new and very comfortable. It is perfect for four people with luggages, or 7/8 with backpacks. Car play works very smooth. Overall the car does not consume much (regular) gas. The automatic shift has also a manual mode, very useful for driving down the Waimea Canyon.
