Very good communication and car was great to enjoy Kauai. Fyi, the airport pickup is worth the extra charge. The pickup spot in Lihue has very spotty cell reception, so checking in or picking up a ride share can be a real problem. If you have T-Mobile, think twice about doing Lihue city pickup.
