Amazing host. I wanted to return the van earlier because I wasn’t going to make it at the scheduled time. The host was very accommodating! Host is very easy to communicate with. The van is in perfect condition and drives so smoothly. I would definitely rent again in the future.

The host was incredibly helpful with my reservation. It was a last minute reservation as my original SUV with someone else on Turo was not safe to drive and smelled terribly of cigarettes. Not only did the host respond immediately, but they were able to accommodate bringing the car to me instead of me ubering to get the car. I will definitely reserve this car again!

Easy pick up instructions. Great communication. If you plan on using the vehicle for a family vacation and big groups this is the vehicle you need. The only down side for us, was that the trunk space was a bit limited but overall no complaints here. The host had a gps car mount which was super useful. If you are the type of driver that needs easy access for your drink this might be a bit of a bug but keep in mind this is a 2012 car. Thank you to the host, the price was just right, not overpriced!!!

Mike’s car was exactly as described and how it looks in the pictures. The Pilot was clean, mechanically sound, and exactly what we needed. We got Mike’s car after another host’s vehicle broke down and they refused to help us. Mike helped us out on very short notice, ensured the vehicle was clean, and even arranged pick up close to where we were and a drop off that was easily accessible for us. Mike saved us money, which is not something just any host would have done. If you are looking for a good, clean vehicle and a host that is honest and will treat their customer right, Mike is your host and his Pilot is perfect for you. I would definitely use Mike and his services again.
