We had a great experience with Majestic. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the van was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We ran into a verification issue on our end before the trip, and despite that hiccup, the host was incredibly accommodating and still made sure the car was available to us at our originally scheduled pickup time. That level of flexibility and professionalism was truly appreciated and made a stressful moment much easier. Overall, a smooth and positive experience.
