I had a great rental experience! Pickup and drop-off instructions were very straightforward! The car itself was in excellent condition - clean, no odors, and didn't feel like it was in need of a tuneup like cars from the larger rental companies. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the Jeep handled, especially on the highway. Next time I'm in need of a rental, I'll be looking for this car.

He even had it freshly detailed for me, so it was spotless inside and out. He took the time to walk me through all the features and even helped connect my phone to the car before I left. Best car rental experience to date. Pick up was a breeze hassle free and as described. Exceeding my expectations through Turo. We were originally hesitant about the Jeep grand Cherokee due to being an L model. Potentially too big for our trip but surprisingly a perfect size. Did not get a chance to use the 3rd row but did get a chance to fold them down for our snow board gear. No problem fitting 3 boards boots and 2 large 69L coolers. Along with a 5 year old. Best features had to be the massage seats and sound system. All in all very satisfied. Would recommend.
Renting from Zaid on Turo was an excellent experience from start to finish. The 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summit Reserve 4x4 was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. The vehicle even has Active Driving Assist (aka: semi-autonomous self-driving capabilities), driver / passenger back massagers, first / second row ventilated & heated seats, 19–Speaker High–Performance Mcintosh Audio system, & much more! Zaid was very accommodating with his customer service. I mentioned that I was traveling with senior citizens, and he thoughtfully parked the vehicle in the A2 parking garage at John Wayne Airport. This is the closest parking structure to the arrivals gates, which made pickup incredibly easy for our group. Zaid went above and beyond with being flexible with us, even when things didn't go according to plan. He allowed us to drop the vehicle at the airport garage a little over an hour earlier than scheduled. And he extremely generously didn’t charge extra when we returned the car SLIGHTLY under a full tank (due to the drive from the hotel to the airport). This is something I IMMENSELY appreciated. Great communication, very accommodating host, and a smooth rental all around. I would absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone using Turo.
