Host and communication and car was good. Was parked off airport so :20 walk or so on a path Google Maps got more or less wrong. Would be a help to include a pedestrian route through airport with booking.
Thank you for your feedback. This trip was not booked as an airport pickup. The reservation shows a non-airport pickup location with the provided address. I also offer free airport delivery, and I’m not sure why this option was not selected. If a guest wants an airport pickup, they must choose that option during booking. Otherwise, pickup is at the selected address and navigation is the guest’s responsibility. Thank you for understanding.
