Nice, clean car. Good communication and easy pickup right outside terminal.
Only downside was we had reserved a 7 person car and it was replaced with a 5 person the day before the trip. We were a little squished but luckily able to fit my party and our luggage.

We had given the guest the option to take the 5 person since the other vehicle was unfortunately not available and they chose the 5 seater even after we advised to rebook with another host to make sure they had a large vehicle

I had a great experience renting from Cheryl and Paul! They were both very responsive, kind, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, and the pickup and return instructions were clear and easy to follow. I especially appreciated their flexibility with my parking arrangements and early return.
I did notice the tire pressure warning light, which was a little concerning at first, but they were very responsive and immediately helped find a solution, which I truly appreciated. Everything was handled smoothly, and the rest of my rental experience was wonderful.
Overall, I really appreciated their hospitality, professionalism, and willingness to help. I would recommend renting from them and would happily book again. Thank you both for such a pleasant experience!
