I would like to THANK Darrell who made my Turo rental car experience a great one for the first time. I’ve heard of people renting from this company/app before, but I’ve never had a problem with renting through a traditional rental company until now. His car was washed, cleaned and sanitized upon pickup. I was even able to ask for an earlier pickup time. Which Darrell granted. It drove nice and smoothly the whole time. Great gas efficient vehicle. Most of the time i had no idea it was even running. I would definitely rent again from Turo and possibly Darrell the next time i come back to Tx for a visit. Thanks again.
