First off thank you 🙏🏾 to this just for being able to accommodate my rental it was last minute notice for both of us after a previous reservation was canceled to maintenance issues. I am grateful that you took time to work with me as far as verification issues. I went in simply to rent a car to handle a family emergency and what I got was an experience. This Camaro is a beast. It took me a little time to adjust to the absolute fine tuning of this machine. Never have I driven a vehicle that was so intuitive with the driver as this, it’s response to what you need out of your drive is amazingly precise and accurate yet so simple. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great vehicle for any special occasion or just to show off at your next event. Keep in mind I’m a big guy 6’0 foot kinda hefty and I was able to sit comfortably. Again thank you for an experience I will never forget and have always dreamed of thank you for your hospitality.

Pickup near or at Airports
Follow these tips for a safe and smooth trip in your car rental (Harrisburg, PA).
Harrisburg has a well-connected road system with easy access to major routes like Interstate 81, Interstate 83, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76). These highways make it simple to get around the city or head out to nearby cities like Hershey, Lancaster, or Gettysburg.
Speed limits are typically around 25-35 mph in residential and urban areas and up to 65–70 mph on highways. Watch for reduced speeds in school zones and construction areas.
During winter, you may encounter snow, sleet, or icy roads, particularly between December and February. Take extra precautions when driving during this period by reducing your speed and keeping a greater distance between your car and the vehicle in front.
There's a variety of parking options in downtown Harrisburg, including metered street parking, parking garages, and surface lots (like 7th Street Garage & Surface Lot). Parking is usually metered on most weekdays during working hours, but you can find free on-street parking downtown on evenings and weekends. There's parking near train stations like the Harrisburg Transportation Center (Transitpark along Market Street), and shopping areas like Capital City Mall.
Popular destinations like the Pennsylvania State Capitol Complex, Broad Street Market, and City Island have parking nearby, too.
Just be sure to check signs for any time limits or restrictions to avoid fines.
Yes, there is a toll road in Harrisburg, the Pennsylvania Turnpike, which connects it to Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. You can pay tolls electronically through the E-ZPass or Toll by Plate systems.
Use apps like Google Maps to locate the nearest gas station or charger in Harrisburg, and also to check opening hours.
There are many gas stations around Harrisburg, which you can usually find along major roads like 6th Street and 2nd Street, making quick fuel stops convenient wherever you're headed.
There are also ample EV charging stations (around 80+) within 9 miles of Harrisburg (usually at hotels, public parking areas, and shopping malls like The Shoppes at Susquehanna Marketplace).
Renting a car is the best way to get around Harrisburg. While Harrisburg has a bus (Capital Area Transit) and rail service, it can be unreliable. Ride-sharing costs also add up if you plan on making multiple trips in a day.
