If you want an accurate assessment and review of a vehicle and host, this review is for you... If you are looking for an outstanding vehicle with a diamond standard superhost, you will find that in Mr. Ian.. The vehicle: 2017 Mazda 6 This vehicle is clean with no debris. It has all the bells and whistles a 2017 is afforded. The 2017 Mazda 6 smells clean with no extra overpowering fragrance, great upkeep, smooth ride, clear views from every window, including the sunroof. It comes with a full tank of gas. It also has a great price. The Turo Host: Mr. Ian This Turo Host plays many roles of service. Mr. Ian is punctual and mindful of the guest. He is committed to making sure the guest has the absolute safest and most enjoyable rental experience. His personality is calming and friendly with a joy for what he he is doing for his guest. He aims to treat others as he likes to be treated. He shows great work ethic and integrity. He has a willingness to understand and has compassion for circumstances his guest may be experience. He is also very selfless. **** Great Vehicle, Outstanding Host, Both Rated with High Standards....Together You Are The Total Package *** To: Turo I want to thank Turo for having such a diamond host that offers an outstanding rental vehicle and experience...A+++++ in every area. To: Mr. Ian I also want to thank you, Mr,Ian. I have given you (3) well-earned and so very deserved (3) titles... 1. Mr Allstate, "You're in Good Hands" 2. Mr. State Farm, "Like a Good Neighbor, States Farm is There" 3. Mr. Nationwide, "Nationwide is on Your Side" ***With Mr. Ian, You Are Always Riding With Full Coverage *** Why The (3) Titles...discussed below... 1. "MR. ALLSTATE" The Reservation: I requested a late night rental pickup. The Turo App would not accept the time I selected. I needed a (2) hour window before pickup. I chose the next date available. I messaged my host, Mr. Ian hoping he would allow me to change the reservation back to the late night pickup. He was more than happy to accept my short notice request. I explained that I wanted to have the vehicle delivered to my rental address. The Turo App was unable to accommodate the request. There must be a (12) hour window to make that delivery request. In spite of it being late into the night, Mr. Ian offered to pick me up and take me to the vehicle. This is where Mr. Allstate shows up. I was certainly "in good hands." Mr. Allstate is a 10-year professional driver. He was a great driver, courteous, friendly, and respectful. Upon arriving at the safe pickup location, he manually uploaded my Drivers license. I was not able to upload it to the Turo App. He gave me a short informative tutorial on how to use the vehicle panel and loaded my directions into the navigation system. Mr. Allstate stood patiently and waited until I drove away to make sure everything went well. I appreciate that kind of protective hospitality. 2. Now on to " MR. STATE FARM" There are several ways Mr. Ian has earned the title, Mr. State Farm. * He reached out to me shortly after I had reached my destination via message. He reminded me to contact Turo to change my pickup location. I admit it had completely slipped my mind. I would have been waiting for a vehicle pickup in the wrong location.** He encouraged me to contact him if there was anything I needed. He said he would be more than happy to assist in any way he could.*** I contacted Mr. State Farm about several items regarding my trip. He was always quick to respond.**** It may be simple for others. However, I found myself lost in the Turo App trying to figure out how to extend my reservation. I reached out to Mr. Sate Farm and he assisted me through the Turo App. He could have told me to contact Turo Customer Service for assistance. "Like a Good Neighbor," Mr State Farm was there. 3. Last, but surely not least.... "MR NATIONWIDE " He is truly on your side. I reached out to let the host know the vehicle windshield had a crack in it. I asked what he would like to do. Even knowing that he had many other reservations to follow, he was patient, poised, and kind. He was more concerned about my safety. He asked me to contact Turo if I had purchased the insurance to get assistance for a lesser deductible than the out-of-pocket expense may be to replace the windshield. Here, he was worried about what I had to pay instead of the loss It would cause if his vehicle were placed out of commission. He was also focused on making sure he contacted his next renter in a timely manner in case the windshield could not be replaced before the rental time. We were able to find a place to replace the windshield within a few hours. He even offered to give me a ride back, so I did not have to wait while the work was being completed. After everything was completed, he insisted that I submit everything to Turo to see if I could possibly get a reimbursement. That is " Mr. Nationwide being on your side".

Everything went smoothly with the car rental, Carmen made everything easy, thank you!
This is by far one of the best trips I have ever taken - and this car made all the difference. Even though I’m just north of 60 years old, I felt like a teenager every time I started and drove this car. We took it through the Pacific Northwest along the 101 north from Florence to Yachats to Cascade Falls and Falls. Then back to Cannon Beach, Haystack Rock, then back south on the 101 but through Tillamook and Salem. Simply incredible views the entire time. And with the top down it was one majestic moment and view after another. Jenny and Brooks were flawless. From the outset the entire business transaction was easy and seamless. They stayed in contact with us and answered all our questions. I’m telling you - the convertible made the difference. It would have been a 5 star in a hardtop, but the top down through these roads took it to next level. My back is a little sore from all the driving, but I’d rent it for another week and drive it again tomorrow. We highly recommend Jenny and Brooks and their business.

Probably one of the best rentals I have ever had the pleasure to use. Took a long trip to Seattle and even with premium prices for gas it was such a cheap trip. Will be renting again! please check out this phenomenal vehicle and their others they have offered 🤍
Great car! Smooth ride. Host was very respondent in correspondence. Would definitely rent again. Tire pressure light was on entire trip but host reassured me they had just gotten tires rotated. I did have Les Schwab check them as well and they said it was just probably the sensor.
Great gas mileage, great host enjoyed the car. Worked perfectly for our trip.
