Jonathan was a great host! Never waited longer than 5 minutes for a reply anytime I had an inquiry. Absolutely loved the Toyota; everything ran smoothly with no issues at all. I was able to do a pick up and a drop off around the radius of Denver which was super convenient. Probably the only host I’ll be renting from on Turo due to the ease of everything and peace of mind. I felt the price was also fair for the timeframe I needed and the actual quality of the vehicle.

Pick up and drop off were extremely easy. I loved the vehicle. Such a luxurious experience. I will be renting from Ana again and I appreciate the kindness and the support for her letting me return the vehicle a night early since I didn’t need the car anymore. I didn’t ask for a refund for one day because she was outstanding. And I love that I didn’t have to clean the car or wash it before returning it.
The car was great - clean and well maintained and Jacquelyn was clear and prompt in her communication.
Vlad was very easy to work with. The car did exactly what I hoped it would for our trip which was to save gas $$$ and get us from point a to point b. Just days before my trip started, my bank card had to be replaced because of possible fraud and Turo canceled my trip. I was sorta wiggin out, but Vlad made it easy to just rebook at the same price. And then, on the final day, he let me keep it a few hours longer, which was above and beyond. Definitely go through Vlad!
