Vlad was very easy to work with. The car did exactly what I hoped it would for our trip which was to save gas $$$ and get us from point a to point b. Just days before my trip started, my bank card had to be replaced because of possible fraud and Turo canceled my trip. I was sorta wiggin out, but Vlad made it easy to just rebook at the same price. And then, on the final day, he let me keep it a few hours longer, which was above and beyond. Definitely go through Vlad!
