Chevy Trax 2026 was great. We only drove it about 300 miles, but it handled very nice and was really comfortable. The pick up location was good and easy to get to. The Host was friendly and helpful explained any questions we had about car and gave us instructions on how to lock up car if he was not there on returning car. Would rent from this Host again

Had an excellent experience renting from Luis. He was extremely attentive, responsive, and professional throughout the entire trip. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, Luis responded quickly and made sure any issue was resolved right away. The car was exactly as described, very clean, well-maintained, reliable, and comfortable to drive. What really stood out was how easy and stress free Luis made the entire rental process. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing a great experience for his guests. Great rental all the way around! Pick up and drop off were super easy and convenient, and they had great communication. The host reached out about 2.5 hours before to the scheduled return time to confirm drop off, and to let me know I could extended the trip if needed. I personally appreciate when a host let's me know an extention is an option, and they did so with what felt like the perfect amount of time. Not so far out from the scheduled drop off that it felt unnecessary, but not so close to the scheduled drop off I felt panicked lol it was great! The car itself was in excellent condition. Everything functioned exactly as it should, super clean inside and out, great on gas, and it smelled good! I absolutely would rent this vehicle and from this host again. Thank you!
