Car was okay.
Houston wanted a free one way trip to Port Canaveral from the Cocoa Beach pickup location. By not selecting a one way trip from the pickup location, it is a violation of the Turo Terms of Service to return the vehicle to another location that is 20-30 minutes away. Receiving a markdown for convenience doesn’t make any sense. He had the option to select a one way trip but didn’t want to pay a fee that all car rental agencies charge customers.

Great communication with host, he answered all my questions as this was my first experience with Turo! Very clean and well maintained vehicle. Host was very efficient during the entire rental process. Vehicle was very easy to located at the airport. Will book again!
