Jesse was extremely friendly and patient with us during our rental return. It was my first time using Turo so the app was a little clunky to me when booking the reservation and I therefore messed up the return time. Jesse was very understanding and forgiving for a slightly late return. We will definitely look for his rentals the next visit my family is in town.
