I’m sorry you decided to cancel your trip shortly after starting it. I provided you with a well-maintained, very clean vehicle along with a full tank of gas which you returned with only 3/4 tank. Not quite sure where the three stars came from, but I respect your opinion.
If I could give Luis more than five stars, I absolutely would. This was hands down one of the best Turo experiences I’ve had. From the moment I booked, his communication was exceptional, friendly, prompt, and professional. He made every step of the rental process effortless and was always available whenever I had a question.
The vehicle was immaculate, exactly as described, and performed flawlessly throughout my trip. It’s clear Luis takes great pride in maintaining his vehicles and providing an outstanding experience for his guests.
