5 Stars – Smooth Ride & Great Experience! I recently rented a Ford Edge through Ed, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience! The SUV was incredibly clean, comfortable, and drove like a dream. It had plenty of space, modern features, and was perfect for both city driving and longer trips. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire process effortless—from booking to pickup and drop-off. I really appreciated the care put into maintaining the vehicle—it felt just like driving a brand-new car. I highly recommend both the Ford Edge and this host to anyone looking for a smooth, reliable, and enjoyable rental. I’ll definitely be booking again!
Renting with hosts/cars like this are the reason Turo is such a great app. We rented for a long weekend and far road trip, and it was spectacular from start to finish. Pick up/Drop off? Easy, took less than 5 minutes both times. Host was extremely fast with responses and was understanding throughout the whole communication process. Drivability? Like brand new, comfortable ride, and maneuvering it was easy, no big blind spots.(definitely took up two spots/corner spots when parking if I could) Comfortability? We had 7 people and everyone was able to catch some sleep, and the drivers seat has so many compartments so everything was within easy reach. Efficiency? Filling her up was not too expensive but we also took advantage of the unlimited mileage so as to be expected. Good highway MPG. Convenient? When you’re traveling. Splurge for the extra space….We were never fighting for elbow room, phone chargers (12v in the back), cup holders, reclining space, book bag storage, A/C controls, window views, literally anything car related that can make or break a road trip. It was also easy to clean because everything is plastic and leather and rubber. (I took it to a car wash) Only cons throughout the whole trip: -It was very hot month so we had to be sure to let the A/C run to cool the van down before we all boarded… it’s more spacious than the pics give it justice. -Other drivers tend to cut large vans off for some reason so always take it slow in traffic, was just more of an annoyance than con. -Sliding door was a tad tricky when closing. Again more of an annoyance. -Black leather seats mixed with sun and heat is never fun, more so just a con for the driver and passenger. In hindsight, should have brought a sun shade. -Worry that I won’t be able to rent it again when I need it. Lol. 10/10 recommend for any responsible road trip people, much more convenient than a rental car place in my opinion.
Lana was an amazing host .She was very accommodating, the van was clean . There are no c-type ports in the van . However Lana provided 4 car chargers to accommodate guests in the van . I will definitely book with her again .
