The vehicle was fine.
I’ve been with Turo for years and this particular host has always given an attitude.
I really wish I could just arrive, do my license and car photo check in, take the vehicle and go like I usually do with other hosts.
Having to physically interact with these particular hosts is something I’d like to avoid.
I’ve given them multiple chances through the years but it’s still the same.
The car was fine, the host is kind of mean.
Also I don’t like that you take personal pictures of peoples license for your “own records.”
This is already done and verified through the Turo app with every pick up.
We live in a crazy world, the idea of people having a personal photo of my license and home address is very unsettling.
