Was on road trips used for work while parents were gone on a cruise. Got a car wash today. Vacuum vacuumed and made sure there was air in the tires.

If I could give G.E.T. Rentals more than five stars, I absolutely would. After a nightmare experience with a previous Turo host whose car broke down on me—and who then tried to lie about our communication despite the clear receipts and proof I had on the platform—I was understandably wary. However, Mrs. Gwendolyn and G.E.T. Rentals completely restored my faith in the service. They provided a level of professionalism, honesty, and genuine care that is truly rare to find. I reached out to them during a very difficult time following a car accident. Because the at-fault driver was fighting their citation, I was stuck in a holding pattern and had to wait to be serviced properly by insurance. Mrs. Gwendolyn was incredibly empathetic to my situation from the very beginning. Her communication was excellent, and she went out of her way to make sure I wasn’t stranded while navigating the legal and insurance hurdles. She worked with me seamlessly on extending my rental days as my situation evolved and even helped me with closing out the month to ensure everything was handled correctly. Knowing that I had safe, reliable transportation for as long as I needed it gave me such peace of mind during a month that could have been much more stressful. If you want a host who actually treats you like a person and stands by their service, I cannot recommend G.E.T. Rentals enough.
