Car rental in Brookpark, OH

I had a wonderful experience with this car rental company from start to finish! The entire process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. The host was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed for my trip. The customer service truly made the experience even better. Everything was handled efficiently, and both pickup and return were simple and convenient. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that makes renting a vehicle such a pleasant experience. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable rental car and outstanding customer service!

Great car and a great price! Keep that in mind when you rent a cheaper vehicle better than enterprise!

Everything was great, from picking up the car at the airport through the return. We had never used Turo prior to this trip. If all hosts are like Andryi then we will always prefer Turo to a car rental company. It has been obvious throughout this trip that he puts the customer above everything else. Thank you very much Andryi!

I had the best experience with this little car. I loved it and I definitely would want it back. If I ever decide to rent a car again if I could ever buy one I definitely would. Thank you for the great service.

Perfect car service. Very friendly owners, easiest way to rent a car. Pick up and drop off was never easier.

Great and friendly host, everything went smooth. The car was great as well. Very good price. I appreciate the awesome service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I rented the 2015 Kia Optima for 5 days and had a really great experience! The car was clean, smelled good, rode smooth, and was very good on gas. I only drove about 245 miles during my rental and only put $20 in the tank. No bumps, no issues with the ride — the car was comfortable and reliable. What really stood out to me was the entire team. From the hosts to the mechanics, they make you feel like family. Things can happen when you’re renting a used vehicle, but what matters is how those issues are handled. They were responsive, reasonable, and always willing to address and fix anything that came up. They genuinely try to accommodate your needs, and I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. They treated me with dignity and respect throughout the entire experience. I’m definitely a returning customer! I highly recommend them if you need a reliable and affordable rental. They are truly one of the best rental teams on Lorain. Thank you to the entire EMS team for such a great experience, and thank you to Turo for connecting me with them. I’ll definitely rent from them again! ❤️🚗

Issa was very nice and accommodating with an early Sunday pick up time.

Cleanest rental car in history! I didn't eat off the floor, but given the necessity I might have tried. Taras and company were perfect in their preparation and communication. Easy hand off coming and going at airport. One of the many highlights of my trip.

Car was great. First time driving an EV, cool has had to stop multiple times to charge. I think they should make fast one cause it adds to my trip duration time. I would rent again though! Norman was great and responsive.

I can’t say enough about how easy this rental process was, including Rich and his responsiveness. The car was awesome and I will rent again. I wish I could give 6 stars!

Second time I’ve rented this car. Everything was great! Taras is the best Turo host I have used!

The car was great! Clean, good gas mileage, no issues! Picked up and dropped up right at the airport terminal. 10/10 would rent again!

The car quality was great. I had no issues. Good on gas mileage. The pick up and drop off was easy. I did not have to deal with parking deck situations. Tara will drop off the car to you at arrivals and you will drop the car back to him at departures at your airlines door. Just communicate on the times so he can be there when you need it and no problem. 10/10 recommend! Very smooth transition.

Absolutely outstanding experience from beginning to end! Everything was perfect! The car was spotless, extremely clean, well-maintained, and everything worked perfectly. Pietro’s kindness, professionalism, and exceptional customer service truly exceeded my expectations. Every message was answered almost immediately, and he was always incredibly helpful, accommodating, and attentive. 10 out of 10 in every single aspect! I am beyond grateful for such a wonderful experience. Words cannot express how much I appreciate everything! Thank you so much, Pietro, for making this experience so easy, pleasant, and stress-free. Whenever I return to Cleveland, I would absolutely love to rent from you again! Highly, highly recommended!

Clean car, gas efficient, smooth ride! Perfect for a trip out of the city/state.
