Car was very nice but there were a few issues. The communication from the host wasn’t great but the two biggest issues were that the touch screen (that runs the entire car) was entirely in Spanish when I picked it up at 11:30pm. It took me almost 20 minutes to figure out how to switch it to English. The other challenge was I didn’t receive any instructions about the car. I’d briefly driven a Tesla before but I’d never rented one and didn’t know how to turn it on/off, how to charge it/when to charge it/how long to expect a charge to take. It would have been nice to receive a detailed instructions list so I could have been better prepared and known what to expect.
The car itself was great and very clean.
