As a host, Hannah was clear, proactive, and professional. She made communicating easy. Check-in and check-out were simple & straightforward, the directions accurate. However be aware that, if you pick up the vehicle at Hannah's home location, you will be pulling into the parking area directly from a very busy street. I recommend parking around the corner. I had a blast driving the Subaru WRX. The vehicle was squeaky clean and in excellent repair. NOTE this is essentially a sports car. Previous experience driving stick in urban conditions is essential! My only criticism is that the host billed me for repair of a minor scuff to one of the plastic wheel covers. The scuff was my fault, and the charges were modest. Still, another wheel cover had pre-existing scuffs, and had not been repaired, leading me to question the necessity of the current charges.
Easy pickup and dropoff! Convenient location. Car suited my needs. Couldn't get Apple CarPlay to work, but bluetooth worked fine. Would rent again!
Ali and these co-hosts are why I use Turo. Better than any agency, smooth procedures, and absolutely stellar customer service. They are a 10 out of 10 consistently, doesn't matter business or pleasure for your travels. If you need a car, sometimes even at the last minute, they are here for you and that's why I using them. The car was great! Ali and his co-hosts really understand and anticipate your needs when renting a car. They included things like bottled water, car chargers, and a phone holder. Things you don't realize you miss until you don't have them. The car ran great, and the host was totally accommodating - will definitely rent from Ali again!
This car was fantastic - drove well, fuel efficient, easy and fun to drive. Chen was also incredibly helpful and patient, even when I messed up and didn’t select the right pick up spot. He was helpful, kind and friendly - despite my initial confusion. I’d rent from him again! This was a great family car with PLENTY of space for all four of us and a huge lot of luggage.

Me and my boyfriend had such a great experience renting this Subaru Forester! The whole process was very easy from pickup to drop-off. The car itself was excellent—clean, comfortable, and a pleasure to drive. We had absolutely no issues at all, and it drove so well that now my boyfriend and I are convinced we want our own Subaru Forester. Overall, a fantastic rental experience that I’d highly recommend! Will definitely again if we’re ever back in Seattle.

Ali’s Subaru Outback was a great car for a short winter trip. He offers really generous mileage (700 miles for 2 days) which was very relieving. Not only was the car clean, but complementary bottled waters and a personalized card was waiting for us. I was impressed by the service and hospitality. I might have been the last one to use up the washer fluid and engine oil, so Ali would take care of it immediately. Really recommend Ali’s Subaru. Easy to get to the car by transit. Easy pick-up and quick response. 👍
