The car was very dirty on the inside and there is a loud noise coming from the passenger side rear.
Had you mentioned any cleanliness issues at any point during your trip, I would have gladly guided you to a car wash service and provided the appropriate reimbursement and compensation. Unfortunately, you never said a single word about it. Looking at the pre-trip photos, the vehicle was not dirty.
I am sorry you had a negative experience. If you would like to reach out to me directly, I am still more than willing to offer you a reasonable compensation. This offer stands permanently.

The car was in good condition and fairly clean. Communication with the host was challenging. I paid extra for a one-way trip, but the host did not seem prepared to honor that and we had to adjust our plans to accommodate the host. They also made us feel rushed at the end of our trip after we let them know that we might turn the car in earlier than the original scheduled time. They did not wait for us to initiate check in or for confirmation that we would be done before attempting to pick up the car.
I disagree with the way you’re presenting the situation. We had clearly agreed that I would pick up the car from your house at 1pm. You changed the plan without informing me, which left me waiting for an hour and a half with no proper communication. You also didn’t answer my calls, later saying it was because you “didn’t know it was me calling.” This wasn’t fair or reasonable, and it caused unnecessary inconvenience.

Had some issues with picking up the car at the airport but the host was very quick to remedy the issue and accommodate us. The car’s breaks were a little more sensitive than what we are used to but overall it was a great vehicle and drove well. Cheng is an amazing host and I would book this vehicle again!

The car was great, appreciated the ease of pickup at the airport. We did have to pay $37 for the parking just to leave the parking garage though. All in all worked out well for us.
