No issues with the car during our two week vacation. Easy pick up and drop off, we picked the airport option. Spacious, comfortable, good on gas. Host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely rent again.

The car was very dirty on the inside and there is a loud noise coming from the passenger side rear.

Had you mentioned any cleanliness issues at any point during your trip, I would have gladly guided you to a car wash service and provided the appropriate reimbursement and compensation. Unfortunately, you never said a single word about it. Looking at the pre-trip photos, the vehicle was not dirty.
