This was my first Turo experience and it was great. Instructions were clear about location to pickup and drop off in the heart of Fortitude Valley in a secure carpark. Met Jeffrey on both arrival and departure whom was very friendly and helpful. The car was a perfect little car for my needs for 5 days and extending was also very easy to do via the app. Very clean and tidy and good on gas. When I had a few questions the communication from the staff was very fast so I will definitely book with this company again.

I used Turo to hire Marcelo's Kia Picanto for 8 days. I found Marcelo to be a very nice man and enjoyed driving his very well-presented car. It was ideal for two. It didn't miss a beat. It was good to find the driver's manual in the glove box. My usual car is a Citroen so everything is different from what I'm used to. It took a couple of days to become accustomed but today in my own car, I found myself operating the wipers instead of the indicators! 🤣 Marcelo was kind enough to take me to Doomben Train Station when I returned the car. Top marks, Marcelo. I won't hesitate to use Marcelo and Turo again. Cheers!
