We originally booked an SL 450 hardtop convertible, but due to an unfortunate incident with the previous renter, it wasn’t available at pickup. Yoly handled it professionally and quickly offered alternatives, ultimately setting us up with a gorgeous Jaguar F-Type convertible. Pickup and drop-off were a breeze, the car was spotless, and it even came stocked with an umbrella which came in handy! The top went up and down effortlessly in about 25 seconds…the drive was smooth and powerful, and it turned a lot of heads — we got plenty of looks everywhere we went around Oahu. Yoly stayed in touch throughout the trip and made sure everything went seamlessly. Mahalo for an incredible experience! I’ll be reaching out on our next trip!

The Jag was great and Patrick was excellent to deal with. We had the car for 9 days. Very sporty and the sharp handling inspired confidence on the tight mountain turns. However it is a Jaguar, and sport comes before luxury; the suspension is smooth but quite stiff, and you have to make sure you really slow down for speed bumps and pot holes. May not be the best for older passengers or those who want a soft, uneventful ride. But if you're looking for a bit of fun while comfortably fitting 4 people and 3 checked bags, then you won't be disappointed

Car was in great condition, minor scuffs etc but drove smoothly and was dropped off in very clean condition. Host was very quick to respond. I would highly recommend and would rent again without question.

Patrick is amazing, and provided 5 star service! It was so nice to be picked up from the airport and dropped off. My only thing is that the jaguar had a few minor issues. Mainly the parking censor is broken, so it goes off every time you switch from reverse, park, or drive. Which was annoying especially when you are trying to back out an unfamiliar vehicle. He did warn us of this at pickup. Issues like this are expected for most vehicles, I mean they can’t be 100% perfect, I would just expect any issues to be fixed promptly when you are renting a luxury vehicle. The host Patrick is deserving of 5 stars though so I think with a little maintenance the car will also be 5 stars!

Quality of car was great. Well maintained, comfortable and excellent aircon (a must for those visiting from cooler climates). Host was quick to respond with any questions or issues. Would borrow again.
