My kids loved the ride It was my first time using a VOLVO Suv and AK made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He’s genuinely a great guy to deal with. Highly recommended! After having issues with the first car, Chris was incredibly accommodating and helpful. He quickly got us into his Volvo sooner than expected, which made a stressful situation so much easier during our trip. The car was great and the whole process ended up being smooth thanks to his responsiveness and willingness to help. We really appreciated the excellent customer service and would definitely rent from Chris again.

Wonderful car. Seamless experience once off the plane. Only recommendation is they change the instructions to park the car once you return. It says “international parking” but that doesn’t exist UNTIL you get to Terminal 1. Instructions should say go to terminal 1 then follow signs to International. We spent 40 minutes trying to figure something out and then found this. Once up there, couldn’t get past floor 6 even though we needed to park on 7 or 8. Overall, great people and great car.
Richard's Volvo was great! Drove well and gas mileage is great with the plug-in hybrid. Airport pickup was quick and easy to find. Car was delivered very clean as well. Will definitely rent again from Richard.

High performance car and experience! I drive it with my family everyone feels safety and comfortable. It’s really easy to set up automatic following and cruise control, which makes long-distance driving much more relaxed and safer. The Apple Car Play also functional during my trip! Had a great experience renting the XC60 for our family trip. The car was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable to drive. Communication with the host was clear and easy, and the drop-off arrangements were well organised and convenient. Would definitely recommend and would rent again.
