Car quality was okay, host was difficult to get a hold of when the immobiliser engaged, and kept engaging. Had to use a mobile app to lock/unlock the car at times. Took over an hour to get codes at start of trip to unlock the locker and get the car. Was all sorted and car overall was good, but service could be better

The car was excellent. Easy to locate, instructions were helpful. Got back to me quickly when there was an issue with the car starting, easily fixed.

The car was great, hosts were great and very communicative, but an issue with an engine immobiliser was an issue for me early on - quickly remedied and no issues after that.
