This was our first time renting from Turo, so I was a bit skeptical about the rental, but everything turned out to be great after we picked up the van. A brand new Mercedes Van holds 15 passengers, plus lots of cargo spaces to hold up to 10 or 15 luggages. The van also come with extend head space for 6’ tall passenger able to stand up in the van. It was very easy to deal with pick up and Brent was attentive during the pick up time.
Very easy booking experience. Host was very communicative and was understanding when we were early to pick up and slightly late to return. Sprinter Van was perfect for our group of 12 and fit our crazy amount of luggage and strollers. Will rent again if we come to the area! Thanks!!
