I leased the newest van with limited trips. First disappointment was the van was parked in the furthest corner of the parking lot where we had to take a long hike to pick-up the van. We had to exit the airport and return to pick-up our party and luggage. In our experience, the host or a designee has met us at the baggage area so we can load all our luggage/guests and go. We had a one year old baby with us, it was miserably hot/humid outside. When we started the van there was hot air blowing, the AC was not working. The response time for contacting a host was slow. We had to travel approximately 30 miles with no AC and windows down until someone could meet us to pick-up the van. We were drenched in sweat by this time. When they brought us a replacement van, it was not big enough for our party and all our luggage. A gentleman in the hot van had to follow us to our destination with all our luggage. The primary host eventually engaged and insinuated that the AC had to work and it must be a user error on turning on the AC correctly. I assured him it was not a user error and we needed some help. We were left with a smaller van our entire stay until approximately 10pm the night prior to our departure. They did designate someone to bring us a bigger van for a trip to the airport but I had to reach out to inquire on arrival time and details. UNIMPRESSED with this host and his new van. To top it off, Turo/Host only credited me $210.00 for this major issue.
I credited you 25% off my revenue. I’m sorry that this 2 month old, $110,000 van had an air conditioning problem. We then did everything possible to addressed the issue, which we did. The airport parking is busy and we had to park it in a lot further away. As per Turo policy, we are not allowed to drop off curbside. We provided VIP service and you are still unhappy. I apologize but sometimes there are factors that are out of one’s control and we visited you multiple times to remedy the issues.

Only issue was the running boards
There is some setting that keeps turning the automatic running boards deployed. This car is only a little over a month old and brand new, I will have the dealership address why the setting keeps turning itself off and keeping the running boards deployed.
