Joshua was easy to work with. Car was clean, NO bad smells at all. Comfortable ride. Highly recommend. The digital platform and gear shift took some getting used to, so if you’re not tech savvy you may want to watch an instruction video before on how to work the features. We were traveling and had 1 large and 2 medium suitcases and the trunk is much smaller than I expected, not an issue if you don’t overpack like we did. We were only able to fit 2 in the trunk and put the 3rd in the middle back seat. I would definitely rent again, I’d just be aware of the trunk size in case that was important for your trip.

4.75+. The host was very nice and accomodating, and the car was great, but car just wasn't cleaned thoroughly - for instance, when we got to the hotel I found 3 (unsmoked) cigarettes under the front passenger seat. But they were great about it!
