The vehicle was perfect. Communication with Jack was great. Please note that if you pick up from the airport, you may have to pay parking. (My parking was $14 as the vehicle was dropped there the night before my scheduled pick up at 8:45 a.m. the next morning.)

Parking at airports is problematic. Wendy chose to return the car at the most expensive location for her luxury and convenience . I gladly paid it!
I am so glad we get to choose other ways to rent cars such as Turo !
I am sure Wendy saved money compared to other companies. My own Turo experience at BNA was 21.00$. Oh well travel can be a pain!😎
John went above and beyond by meeting us at the terminal for both pick up and drop off! The car was very clean and John was a great communicator. We would definitely rent from him again!! A
