Thank you for your feedback. We were surprised by the transmission concern, as no issue was communicated to us during the entire trip. We personally picked up the vehicle from the airport afterward and it drove normally. This vehicle has completed 26 trips with no previous transmission complaints. We take mechanical concerns seriously, but we feel this rating is unfair without any specific issue being reported or giving us a chance to address it.
