The pricing was very affordable, especially considering the quality of the vehicle. The Escalade was spotless, luxurious, and perfect for our trip. My kids were entertained the entire time with the TVs in the back, which made a huge difference. Honestly zero complaints, 20 stars if I could give them that many. Highly recommend. The car quality was fantastic. Communication can be improved. We weren’t informed there was a shuttle that can take us to the parking lot to pickup the vehicle. We took an Uber to an address that driver wasn’t sure of the location. We walked from where he dropped us off about 10 mins and it was 101 degrees. When we get to the gated lot that requires a tag # that I had to ask for. After we finally got the car, all things go well from then on. Thank you 🙏🏼
We rented the 2016 Yukon XL for a family vacation and were very happy. The car drove great. We didn't realize the Yukon had TVs which helped keep our kids entertained. Working with Nik and Nathan was very easy. They are very communicative and provide clear instructions for pickup, return, and everything in between. We'll certainly rent from them again.
