Hey Alexandra sorry the pick up location was a but less convenient then you were hoping Salt Lake does have a premium parking lot option for guests that want to upgrade. Otherwise unfortunately the complementary option requires a 15 minute shuttle ride to the economy lot.
Car was clean, gassed up, and ran perfectly. Host checked in several times and drop off was a breeze!
