The pick up address was wrong, but other than the initial trouble getting into it, everything else was great.

Everything ended up working out, but my car was late and initially no one was responding to my texts or calls. I thought for sure I had been scammed. It was uncomfortable sitting in an unfamiliar airport parking garage at 8 PM, as a young lady, all by myself, it felt scary.
Jay did respond eventually and the car showed up. Supposedly there was a miscommunication with the guy dropping it off. He kindly refunded me for parking and the rest of the trip was smooth. This was my first time using Turo so I wasn’t sure what to expect.
I also don’t recall reading anywhere that this Jeep has a turbo engine and only takes premium gas. That detail popped up after I reserved the car. With premium gas at 6:50 a gallon, that was an expensive trip.
However, the car was clean, it ran smoothly and drop off was easy.
