Trip was good. Only issues were a warning light for a tire sensor (tire was fine) and a turn signal that burned out the first day, but those things happen, so no problem. The price was absolutely right and the car got us from A to B and blew cold air in the hot Florida weather so no complaints. Rafael was great…very responsive. Definitely would rent from him again.

This was my first experience with Turo, and the host was wonderful! Our car was exactly as described and exactly what we wanted. Our host Johnny went the extra mile and was extremely professional and his communication was excellent. When I inadvertently selected a pick up location that would result in additional parking fees. He called me to offer other arrangements that would save me money. The pick up process was the best/easiest rental car pick up I have ever had. The prices were very fair and reasonable. The drop off process was just as easy as pick up and anytime I had a question or concern, I simply dialed our host's phone number and was able to speak with them right away with clear communication, helpful information, and professionalism. This was the perfect car to cruise around in for our trip to Naples! It was clean and a beautiful car. The interior was so nice and my phone easily connected for apple car play and navigation for my maps and music. The rental process was so smooth. My husband usually books the Turo but I did this on my own this time and it was so simple. I was very pleased with my experience. I will definitely rent from them again. The car was great on gas and got me from point A to point B with no issues. The PSI sensor appears to be broken, and the brakes aren't the best, but the vehicle was reliable throughout my trip. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Overall, it did exactly what I needed it to do, and I would definitely rent this car again.

Danny was a great host pick up was smooth. Drop off was really smooth over all the car was very nice to have for our trip. I will say that the windshield wipers are absolutely horrible in the rain. Other than that everything was amazing. Definitely will rent with Danny again.
