We had a wonderful experience renting this 2019 Jeep Wrangler for our Florida trip. The car seat waiting for us at the airport made pickup so easy, and the beach starter kit was a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. We own Jeeps at home, so it was fun to have a Wrangler to enjoy at the beach without putting the miles on our own vehicles. It was the perfect vacation vehicle. The only suggestion I'd make is to have the alignment checked, as another reviewer mentioned. It's a minor issue that doesn't affect driving or safety in any way, but it's something you notice and may need a little time to get used to. Overall, a great rental experience, and we'd happily rent from this host again.
Car was great, just as described. Reservation, pickup, and dropoff were seamless! The owner actually left some money in the car for the parking fees which, in my opinion, goes above and beyond! Would recommend this owner!
Allison was great! This was our first time renting through Truro. The experience was so much better than a regular rental car agency. He flew in late at night and the car was right as we walked out the door in the first parking lot! The price was better than a rental agency and we love that we could message back-and-forth to the owner.! The car was spotless and perfect for what we needed.!
