He flew in late at night and the car was right as we walked out the door in the first parking lot! We had a wonderful experience renting this 2019 Jeep Wrangler for our Florida trip. The car seat waiting for us at the airport made pickup so easy, and the beach starter kit was a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. We own Jeeps at home, so it was fun to have a Wrangler to enjoy at the beach without putting the miles on our own vehicles. It was the perfect vacation vehicle. The only suggestion I'd make is to have the alignment checked, as another reviewer mentioned. It's a minor issue that doesn't affect driving or safety in any way, but it's something you notice and may need a little time to get used to. Overall, a great rental experience, and we'd happily rent from this host again.
