We had a wonderful experience renting this 2019 Jeep Wrangler for our Florida trip. The car seat waiting for us at the airport made pickup so easy, and the beach starter kit was a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. We own Jeeps at home, so it was fun to have a Wrangler to enjoy at the beach without putting the miles on our own vehicles. It was the perfect vacation vehicle. The only suggestion I'd make is to have the alignment checked, as another reviewer mentioned. It's a minor issue that doesn't affect driving or safety in any way, but it's something you notice and may need a little time to get used to. Overall, a great rental experience, and we'd happily rent from this host again.
I have rented from major companies for both professional and personal trips. THIS experience and THIS host was BY FAR the BEST experience I’ve ever had. I will continue to rent from this host specifically moving forward when I’m in FL. I encourage you to not go through a major chain and rent from this host. Allison was great! This was our first time renting through Truro. The experience was so much better than a regular rental car agency. He flew in late at night and the car was right as we walked out the door in the first parking lot! The price was better than a rental agency and we love that we could message back-and-forth to the owner.! The car was spotless and perfect for what we needed.! We visit family multiple times a year and will be using Allison every time!
