First time using Turo, coordination/communication wasn’t great. Host had left phone at home so we didn’t know where they had parked, and they had to hand the keys when we found them instead of using the lock box. There were ants climbing out of the vents and window area of the vehicle from the moment of pickup all the way to the end of the trip. Other than that the vehicle was clean and dint give us any issues.

I’m really sorry again for the inconvenience at the pick up. That was hard experience for us as well. Luckily, we could connect and you got the car.
We didn’t see any ants after picking up the car but applied the treatment anyway.
We appreciate for that issue of leaving the phone behind when delivering the car to the airport It was a frustration for both sides.
