Jerry was wonderful; great communication, patient, helpful, and provided overall excellent customer service. He made picking up the vehicle easy, with precise directions and even helped us load up so we could get on our way quickly and enjoy our vacation. Drop off was even easier, as he met us at the entrance for departures at the airport.
Be advised, this vehicle is not the most ideal if you are traveling with car seats. However, it was budget friendly, good on gas, and clean. All I really needed, was a vehicle to get us from Poynter, to point B. This vehicle did just that.
If you are looking for a vehicle for a solo, couples, or family trip with young kids in booster seats or older kids, this is your vehicle!

Oh my gosh. Jerry was amazing. Drove up to meet us with the air running and the car cooled. He loaded our bags and sent us on the way. Meeting us at our terminal to pick up he unloaded our bags and was so kind when our timing did not line up as planned. Our trip to FL was delayed by 8 hours and he still gave us 100% first rate drop off service. Thanks Jerry for a wonderful Turo experience.
