Best rental I had on Turo so far. I’ve rented 3 before this car and they all had maintenance issues or smells that made the trip unpleasant. But this car was well maintained, clean, and smelled fresh. The host was very friendly and helpful and even gave a gift 🔥 will rent again!

We did a road trip to Arkansas with 6 people. The fit was pretty tight with bags but it was pretty good for the price. The 1050 mile limit worked well for us too (used only half, so it could be used for a further trip if need be).

I had a good experience with this vehicle overall. The Chevrolet Trax was clean, no odors, and in good condition. It drove smooth and was good on gas, especially for a longer trip. If you’re traveling out of town or making multiple stops, the miles add up quickly and can make the trip more expensive than expected. That’s not an issue with this specific host, just something to keep in mind when choosing this type of rental. I’ve had other Turo experiences where vehicles weren’t as described, so I pay attention to details. This vehicle matched the listing, which I appreciated. Overall, solid and reliable car. Renting and picking up the car was the smoothest experience. But what made the whole trip better was the customer service. Direct, kind, not robotic (Ai) but more personal touch. I would and will rent again when available.
