This was 100% on me for failing to complete part of the the check-in process. A very one-off situation that I have learned a great deal from and will not repeat as a host. The guest, Joshua, will always be welcome to book with me in the future, if I am given the opportunity. My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience it likely caused. I did follow up with Joshua and he was very kind/understanding about the cancellation. I do not take my mistake lightly.

This is the best host/ vehicle I have used on turo literally everything works like it’s supposed to no warning lights on the dash clean on arrival extra accessories you may need along your trip everything is there SULLY is the rental for you, car charger don’t bother there’s one for every type of device and the host is nice and takes care of her vehicles. 10 out of 10 would rent again
