Beautiful car, easy pickup, and great communication throughout. My only suggestion would be to ensure renters are aware the maintenance lights have not been reset and that the car is freshly cleaned and vacuumed before each rental. Overall, it was perfect for my business trip, and I would definitely rent again.

I absolutely love renting from Hazem! His vehicle inventory is the best in all of RDU. Not to mention he is always willing to help and there for you every step of the way. I personally loved driving the outlander. I had this vehicle for a month and it treated me well. It is amazing on gas with the option to charge. It came with everything you needed to charge. The ease and comfort of driving it was nice and it was such a pleasure to rent from him again!

This was my first Turo rental and I have to say I like it! Hazem was very accommodating to this newbie which I appreciated so much. He was super understanding and answered all my questions in a reasonable amount of time! The car was very nice, very clean and had plenty of room! The communication started off a little rude when it was time to pickup the car because I’m new with the different pickup lots at RDU because I normally use Enterprise. However, the 2 gentleman that dropped the vehicle off is what turned this review to positive. They were so nice and helpful. They even apologized for the tone of the administration. Another positive was the communication stayed positive and helpful!! Overall the one miscommunication issue was fixed and the trip turned out amazing. The vehicle was nice as well. I’m glad I stumbled across them and will definitely use them again.
