The overall experience of this whole trip was well aligned with the past 5-star reviews. Both pick up and drop off process were seamless and smooth. Communication was excellent as they made sure I am well informed in fully utilizing the model Y throughout the trip. The level of customer care was top notch! The location was also great for this trip coming from the airport. Highly recommend to consider their rental options.
